HR Assistant

Alisons Technology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR department with a wide range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and a keen interest in the field of HR.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Handle employees’ inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update HR databases.
  • Post job ads and manage the hiring process, including coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with employee relations and organize team-building activities.
  • Support in handling labor laws and employment-related regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving ability.
